Its Labour Day Again!

Seriously - September! This weekend promised to be a busy one, and it delivered. Troy and I both played in a soccer tournament, my uncle was visiting from Norway, Troy's brother and his family visited this past week from Edmonton. We had a lot of help with babysitters coming and going, driving back and forth to Oak Bay, just keeping as busy as we usually do!

By Sunday afternoon, neither Troy nor I cared too much that our teams were knocked out of the tournament. We were tired and sore - and it meant that we had Monday free. So we took a trip to the Saanich Fair.

This year was way more fun at the midway. Last year Ethan was afraid of all the noise and did not enjoy the rides. this year he was ready to go on everything so it was pretty fun to watch him in action. Beckett enjoyed the sights and sounds and I was just glad not to be marching around 9 months pregnant trying to put myself in labour!

After the midway we did the usual animal walk about and kids games - then it was time for lunch and a family nap. Happy Long Weekend!
